"Marius , Mikal I require you two. A Tau fleet entered the system several days ago, reports indicate that only half the Tau ships remain and any that do are scatted. We believe you're Allie Shas'O was captured by the Chaos Forces only a few hours ago."

The Chaos Space Marines continue firing in a utter fury , the bolt shells tearing apart and removing any snow around the Assassin who is forced to constantly move under their heavy fire power. A Marine throuws a fragmentation grenade near to the Assassin who darts away as a massive explosion of snow and ice appears.

The Cell is small and less room for any beings with its tiny space, the Cultist that is locked in the room with Shas'O is sleeping and pays no attention to him. The door is a energy shield that shimmers a red color every few seconds.

Yes lord and we request to lead the attack to rescue him, and the sooner we cna leave the better Marius's hand is fingering the hilt of the massive sword held in his grip with the point touching the gorund.

She sets her limiter to normal. With the sudden wave of null energie everyone sickens except for lotus she rushes to the marines and starts killing them with her memory blades.

I try and devise a plan to escape...

The Assassin is countered by Bolter and Plasma Gun shots by the Chaos Marines who begin to slowly move into a position that forces the Assassin to retreat , they begin to take constant and precise pot-shots and grenade throws while the Champion directs their assaults on the wounded and bleeding Assassin.

Shas walks over to the energy shields and looks out at the brig , it is full off cells and in its center a control panel and generators that hum constantly. A Chaos Karskin armed with a large custom Auto-gun cheeks out the Panel and shrugs his shoulders and walks off dropping a Key-like device onto the floor.

"Marius we would prefer if you would lead the attack on a Chaos Assault Carriers loading area of a base, upon boarding the ship you would steal codes we believe to be Command codes and use them to help us during the battle Shas is a second priority. "

Seeing the incoming argument, Mikal tries to compromise.

"Then send me, Lord, to get Shas. Have Marius do that but send me to get the Tau commander. He'll be needed in one piece if the Tau ships are going to help us, and we need all the allies we can find just now."

"How would you Mikal , that ship can't even be approached without the use off Codes or a Drop-Ship. The one we have was decommissioned earlier and its codes wiped from the Chaos Command centers and with Syrath still out their you would have difficulties even leaving this place."

Boarding Torpedoes, have the batteries on the fang fire a low bore shell at a section of the ships hull once thety breach the shields and fire a boarding torpedo after it, the explosion will knock out any sensors they have in that area and the boarding torpedo will be able to breach. Before you go mikal i would request something of you, If at all possible do not let the Shas'o land, I still have not thought of a way around that direct order yet.

Sven growls slightly, "Let it go Marius, I give the Shas'o and his warriors permission to land on Fenris and leave again but not to enter the Fang, and only while this war rages."

The Chaos Marines ignoring the distraction and returning to their work on the Anti-Air gun.

Mikal nods to the Wolf Lord. "Have no fear, Lord, I will not falter in my duty and the Emperor will provide the rest."

Mikal grins as an idea forms. "They can't kill what they cant see..."

A Thunder-Hawk begins to take Mikal and a group of Blood Claws to a Space Wolf cruiser currently combating the Chaos fleet around the Portal and Command Ship which is heavily guarded and armed. When they arrive they ignore the extra weight and begin equipping the Space Wolf strike team with equipment for the boarding action as they enter the Torpedoes.

"We'll be launching in twenty seconds , once the torpedoes hit we will be making a quick extraction of this Tau."

Marius Locks himself down in his harness abourd the thunderhawk, "The winds of Fenris" and begins cycling through the ships weapons, interfacing with the machine spirit of the Dropship. after a few seconds he takes control of the guidance and propulsion systems and Starts the Engines. Because of the Nature of the Mission, he would only have a small number of escorts, and when he actually reached the cruiser then he would be on his own. Not that that bothered him, he had had his core rigged with an overloader so that the marines would never beable to ge the soulstones in his sarcophagus if he fell in battle.

Marius engages the vertical retro thrusters and then the main sublights, the Thunderhawk smashed up into the sky and with no non-dreadnought crew he could push the ship to its limits, accelerating quickly into the stratosphere. Tracer shells whip past the hull as he jinks through the fire lines and then hes clear, the planet falling a way behind him after a few seconds of breakneck aerobatics.

His escort flys in loose formation around him as he pushes forwards towards the cruiser. {This is the Flying Wolf squadron, my callsign "Yimrs fist" we'll be bringing you through the blockade Icehammer. Sound of squadron leader}

Marius throws the Thunderhawk into a low loop loosing several blasts from the forwards mounted lascannons into a pair of Hell Talons which spin out of control and smash into each other, he sees 5 jink a burst of quads through the wing of anouther and 2 and 3 tail 3 more to oblivion with short quad bursts, 1 takes out a pair with his lascannons. and theyre free and flying again.

The squadron and its charge move through the blockade in this fashion eliminating small groups of enemy fighters and Marius is safely brought to the first cruiser under the radar, the cruisers guns already occupied with gunning into anouther Tau vessel. {This is Air caste member Tio'au'vres, we will escort you home Icehammer, call us when your hot}

Marius blasts open a pair of Hangar doors and sets the thunderhawk down afer laying about with its quads, dead CSM litter the hangar as Marius disembarks, {Icehammer has made landing, commencing radio silence}

Marius stomps towards the double doors leading out of the hangar and draws his massive sword. Lets do this

Mikal leads his brothers in a litany as they are sealed inside of their boarding tubes, their heavy equipment clanking around as they marched. As the litany ended and the Blood Claws prepared to board their torpedoes, Mikal addressed them.

"Mark my words brothers, many of you will not come back from this mission. But know that today you fight not only for Russ and the Allfather, but our allies as well. The enemy has thought us weak, he has brought the fight to our doorstep in an arrogant attempt to usurp the Emperor's Wolves."

Snarls of hate fill the corridor, banging of feet and clanking of fists against metal. Mikal smiles, knowing he has gotten the group into a suitable battle rage.

"Fight hard, die well, show them why we are the Allfather's executioners!" Roars of agreement filled the corridor which turned into a chant as the Blood Claws boarded. Mikal himself lay in his torpedo and watched the light dissolve into blackness as the tube was shut.

Mikal closed his eyes, breathed deeply, and prayed to Russ for protection and good fortune.

Marius puts the point of his sword against the door, in the crack where the two halfs of it meet. And then he puts the full measure of his immense strength and wieght into the point of the sword. The door groans slightly and then crumples like an old tin can, folding around the sword and then shearing away, immediatly claxons abnd sirens begin to sound and bolter wielding CSM sprint down the corridor towards him, and then promptly turn and flee for reinforcements.

Marius never lets them get there, gesturing with one robotig hand a vein in the cranium of each marine is pressured until it pops, instantly killing the marines through a high pressure explosion in their massive Astartes heads which shreds their brains but leaves their cranium intact. A small trickle of blood from the mouth eyes ears and nose is the only sign of the death and even then this is encased by the helmet and swiftly clots, clean efficient, just like the massive Dreadnought that trod carelessly on thier bodies pulping them in an instant. But absolutely no fun at all.

Marius moves carefully through the bowels of the ship, disabling engines and drive controls with careful application of Psyker energies. The pet sorcerors who get in his way are rent from head to toe with the Blade of fenris, which Marius wields with the prodigous skill of a deulist Wolf Guard entombed in a shell that increases his senses and reflexes many times over.

Nothing can stand in the mighty dreadnoughts way. Eventually he works his way to the bridge and instead of crushing it he slides it open with his power, and then seals it behind him when he walks through, to the general amasement of the crew at the bridge. Soon blood begins to run from beneath the door.

Lotus retreats and looks at her wounds.

I think of a way that I could possibly be able to escape, and suddenly remember something.

I make sure the Heretic is asleep before I can even try to do what could be impossible. As I remember the time that I was given powers of the mind and body from the Star Serpent, before it was destroyed, and search within myself for any remnant of the power that was once granted to me.

I reach out with my mind, and try to lift the key-like device.

OOC: Meh, it was an old RP, got kinda stpid, but I remember stuff from it, it was only me and Mordoskul who were ever involved in it...

... and by the way (I only am using this as I seriously can't think of any other way to escape) if I do somehow miraculously get back the powers I assume they will definately be very minor, as in only being able to lift small stuff...

Mikal will be along to give you a hand soon, and Marius is strongly tempted to come and save you also once his task is done.... against orders... which may also mean that he would be bringing the escape vehicle as boarding torpedoes are usually only oneway.

Lotus is able to retreat after avoiding heavy fire power from the well prepared Chaos marines , she soon reaches a safe point from which she can see the Chaos marines. They have set up Automatic turrets and shields to defend the area.

Marius and the Space Wolves have battled their way out of the hanger destroying each door and heretic in their way while several Grey Hunters stay behind to guard the area and activate explosives for later , the Dreadnought and his allies breach another door but find several Chaos Marines armed with Heavy bolters and Melta Guns in high positions guarding the area...

The Boarding Torpedo slams into the side of the Chaos ship , it bursts open allowing the Space Wolves to gun down any half witted Cultist or traitor in the area. The Space Wolves disembark and ready themselves for more Chaos servants approaching the area with more ant-personal weaponry.

c'tan are star gods, thus they have no Psyker energies, ans indeed the star gods are not into the whole telepathy thing, if i were you i would simply take control of the machine spirits in the door and open it.

Marius shrugs his massive hands, but instead of it just being a simple gesture the entire deck of the ship ripples and then arcs of living lightening strike out into the masses of enemies.

How did they know i was here? It must be a setup. Well then let the game begin. She starts setting up traps after she had enough rest. She makes alot of death traps making sure they are invisible because of snow.

Several of the Chaos Marines fall back stunned and unable to move while others shrug off the pain , after years in the Eye they have grown use to the Pain it causes to both their minds , bodies and souls. They open fire and gun down multiple Grey Hunters while Hemlock takes cover behind Marius.

The Chaos Marines ignore the assassin and continue their work on defending the surrounding area with shields and their own traps.

Marius takes a couple of melta shots on his side but nothing serious, then he hits back, he summons the very incarnation of the storm wolves, Freki and Geri, who lope into the enemy and tear them to shreds, the Marines frantically try to shoot them but thier shots only hit the ground beneath, the ethereal wolves make short work of the marines

(oh and btw noccy thats going to turn into a stand off if your not careful)
