Do stormsmiths require line of sight to targets that they bring stormcalls down via the single, line, or triangulation actions? Thanks.

Anything which targets a model requires LoS unless a rule says it doesn't.

Yeah, they "choose" other friendly stormsmiths (or storm-pods/whatever) to Surge or Triangulate, which means they don't need line of sight to them, but then they "Target" models to be hit by lightning, for which they do need Line of Sight.
