I sent an email to order@shogunminiatures.com abound 2 and a half hours ago, and haven't received a return email. Does any one know the usual wait times? Is it the actual person sending return emails, or is it an automated thing?

I would never expect a response to an email in less than 24 hours.

Hell, 48hrs seems quick compared to some replies I've received!

Like I said, It was out of curiosity. I wondered how long it normally takes, just to get a general time frame. I didnt expect to have gotten one by then, I just wanted to know when I should expect it.
