Has anybody had any luck converting an LR into a Hovercraft? If so, what ideas and parts did you use?

I have seen 2 or 3 Rhino transports done this way.

That looks pretty cool, but I was thinking more along the lines of a conversion than a kit.

You would need to decide if it was going to be a physical mechanism like a fan or jet to keep it hovering or some sort of anti-gravity tech with a plasma glow etc too.

I am thinking some Tau bits like the vents off a Pirahna or Devilfish.

For fans, you could look at some small diameter PC fans or perhaps at the dollar store for the those small hand-held ones that run on 2 AA batteries.

I think some kind of physical mechanism is more Chaotic.

Although an expensive route, the Nurgle Blight drone fans may be an option.

I would go to a toy store or dollar store and see if I could find anything fan-like and go from there.

How about a chaos sorcerer standing on the top levitating the entire tank, have the treads clearly broken and battle damaged? like Luke on degoba levitating his xwing.

Although it would be pretty unsubtle conversion so might not fit in with rest of army i suppose.
