Hello everyone,
I need some advice for my Army.
First: what are your thoughts about the List
Second: Maybe you have some advice about how to use it properly.
Maybe some experienced hints or how to compensate the weak melee position.

+5 Major Victoria Haley
9 Defender
2 Squire
4 Black 13th Gun Mage Strike Team (3)
3 Eiryss, Angel of Retribution
2 Gorman Di Wulfe, Rogue Alchemist
15/15

The plan is, to have a strong ranged team.
eHaley/Defender/Squire for sniping what is worth.
B13/Eiryss will go for the Infantery. Gorman will cover them.
In case that I'll have to face some strong Warbeasts / Jacks,
Gorman will debuff and eHaley / Eiryss will then assist.

I would like to play with
Horgenhold Forge Guard (Leader and 5) (5 pt)
this might solve my melee problem (but too many $ are needed for them)

They would replace Eiryss + Gorman / Squire I guess.

I will play against 2 Friends for most of the time.

Cryx
6+ Goreshade the Bastard
9 Malice
5 Bane Thralls (Leader and 5 Grunts)
3 Bane Thrall Officer & Standard
4 Bane Lord Tartarus
15/15

Skorne
5+ Tyrant Xerxis
11 Cataphract Cetrati (Leader and 5)
3 Paingiver Beast Handlers (Leader and 3 Grunts)
14/15

Thank you for your support.

I love this list.

This is what I played at 15 points except that I did run the HHFG instesd of Gorman and Eiryss.

Their boosted roles can do work to heavies and while some people don't like running them as front line units I never had any problems with them.

As far as the B13 go make sure you keep Lynch safe he is your only effective way to deal with stealth. Ryan is also going to be very important if you don't bring more models because of her ability to deny areas with her massive aoe.

Right now the biggest problem I see is not enough shots per turn to take units out before they reach you.

As far as the weak melee goes your only way to deal with it is make sure you kill and out manevour them use Gorman to bomb anything that gets too close. Use Eiryss to pick off the heavies.

This list really is looking for thr Alpha strike with thedefender blasting the Warcaster/Warlock in theface with boosts from eHaley.

I played the list in a tight bubble and kept everyone close for support. Using Ryans Mage Storm to deny my front and hopefully open a hole for a snipe with the Defender on their caster/lock.

There is certainly other ways to play it I'm sure but that is my input for now!

Thx for your fast response.
My idear is to play something like hit and gun(run) with my team split so while thy chase oe part of my army the other part will shoot the enemys.

Apart from HHFG is there something other worth to add / test.
I havend found anything that accomplishes this ranged orientated list with some beefie body for just 5 pt.

For 25pt I like to go this route

5+ eHayel
9 Defender
2 Squire
4 Black 13th Gun Mage Strike Team (3)
2 Gorman Di Wulfe, Rogue Alchemist

6 Arcane Tempest Gun Mages (Leader and 5 Grunts)
2 Arcane Tempest Gun Mage Officer
5 Horgenhold Forge Guard (Leader and 5 Grunts)
25/25

But still I can't find something to replace HHFG.
I would really appreciate some advice.

I love your 25 pt list. That mirrors my list exactly and it was extremely hard for people to answer at least in my local gaming group.

For 5 points there are not really too many routes you can go. Some people like taking Swordsman I think they run 4 points for a base unit. They really shine better though when you can take them with a jack and Marshall it with them.

I am doing all this from memory so make sure you fact check my information before you follow it.

I was really impressed with how well the HHFG worked for me. I don't remember the point cost on Steelheads Halbediers but they are another worthy option of a hammer type unit that doesn't cost a lot that can do some work.

I am sure some other players will chime in eventually with their thoughts but I like the 25 point list a lot.

Nice to hear that you like the list and that you allready had the same idear for some ranged fun.

Do you have any advice against the two decks i'll have to face?
I think all this stealthed Banes will give me a hard time without Gun Mages.

And a second thought. Based on the high price of the HHFG
do you or any one have good expericen with

eHaley and Stormwall at 25 or 35 points?
