I'm looking at adding so,e scout marines to my model pool for my dark angels, are scout marines(the ones that come with sniper rifles) supplied with camo cloaks?

There are camo cloaks for the scouts that come with sniper rifles in the box, but you have to pay the point cost for them

You get them in the Sniper Scouts box, as the others said. Codex wise, they cost 3 points a model ( iirc, it may be a little more ).

I just needed to know if they came in the box, I am aware of,their cost but it's so low compared to the survivability it adds to a unit.

If you want to make boltgun of shotgun scouts or w/e (other than snipers). Your better off making capes from cloth or green stuff, save yourself some frustration.
