I've been trying to figure out how to give my Greyknight Justicar's a bup in the new edition.

I'd like to see Grey Knight Libbies get a Mastery Level 3 upgrade for an additional 25 points. and Justicar's go to Mastery Lvl 2 for 25 points to enable Strike, Intercept, and Terminator Squads to use both their standard Psychic Powers.

Does anyone else think this would be a good idea?
