Hi..
I am considering adding some Asian Rail Worker models to another game I play, and I need to know the sizes of the Rail Crew models. Can someone share pictures of the "real live models" with something like a GW space Marine near by?
Also, my needs are more for the low level henchmen and the hammer toting thug... I assume it would be unlikely to buy the box, and then try to find someone who would want the leader and the magic thingie?

No pics, but they come up taller than the top of a Marine backpack by just a little, and their shoulders are about as wide as a Marine torso. The hammer guy is hunched a little so just about matches the height of a Marine's backpack.

So, the hammer guy is thicker, but shorter, than the minions?
Any obvious cybernetics or mechanical bits on these guys, or would they work for "historic" games..

All Rail Workers have prosthetic/robotic limbs.
It's part of their background (Either you pay a ton of money to get one from the guild, or get one for free from Mei Feng in exchange for your loyalty forever).

The hammer guy is about as thin, just his neck is hunched a bit.
Can't comment on the robotic bits- I know there were some spares, but I got my minis used so don't know if there were non-prosthetic options. You could cobble together around 2 complete non-robotic models from the set of 3, though.

The Rail Workers have some slight alternative options, but it'd be a pain to make a non-prosthetic one.

Hmm, maybe. It might make more sense to wait until the Through the Breach minis come out.

Yeah.. the only one from that box I would be able to use is Kang..
Anyone know if he is at ALL available seperately? Is there a secondary market for broken up Malifaux starters?

That's an interesting question, do we have a Shae for Malifaux?

I wish I had time for all the game systems I own, let alone want to own... |

More popular crews (Ramos is the one I've seen the most) will pop up on eBay from time to fine. You may also want to look at Johan / Johana. This model is also a rail worker for the M&SU am is fairly similar.
