Id probably go with a baby vamp instead of the BSB. But like others have said its a solid list.

Sorry I meant the bsb upgrade and yes a baby is a good choice

the baby vamp is on foot purely because I ordered theEnigma Miniatures Dark Vlad model and I really want to use him... What lore should I use on him?

My new list is fairly similar to this, but I'm still learning and making adjustments.

I only run 1 terrorgheist at 2400, although I feel like this may not be enough to survive cannon heavy lists, but I need points for the following. I wanted more filler drops to counter deploy so I bring 2 squads of fell bats as well as 2 spirit hosts. Having an ethereal option is critical for catching certain MC and guys with no magical attacks. Might be worth going to only 1 spirit host, but I still feel like 6 or 7 cheap drops is important.

I've brought a master necromancer and kept my vamp lord at level 1 though I'm unsure about this decision. Is it better to have a level 4 running with your black knight bus that could get sucked into the warp, or a master necromancer that is safer in a zombie bunker raising and making zombies? I'm also experimenting with a corpse cart that runs alongside to give the ghouls ASF and has an unholy lodestone to buff ION.

I've also got a single Varghulf instead of the squad of Vargheists, I still haven't decided which I like more for war machine hunting and flank charges, but a thunder stomp is very nice.

Finally I've still got the BSB in my list, as well as a very cheap baby vamp on horse (HA, nightmare enchanted shield) with lore of vamp. My thought process is that keeping your black knights alive and resurrecting them (2 power dice per IoN cast) is pretty crucial. Losing 1 less wound with the BSB may not be much with zombies, but that could be huge with Black Knights. I brought 2 less Black Knights to find the points for the Wight King there.

Not sure what is optimal, but all in all they are both fairly standard "Black Knight Bus" lists.

I can't really experiment with my list as such as I'm making a list so I know what to buy, and I'm fairly happy with my list so as lomg as it's not utter crap I think I'm gonna stick with that for now and then start to mess around with it when I have the models to do so your list sounds good though, I love the corpse cart model and I wish it was a little better. Thanks for the help.
