Sorry can't disclose.....infiltrating

Hello all !

I've ran into sort of a roadblock as I've been working on both my VC and Brets, I would really like the brets to have a crusader theme reflected in their basing, and to that end have a "darker" reflection of that on my counts as they are on the Blood Dragonish side.

So members of dakka, does anyone know of a good resin/ scenic base to fit the bill (I did kinda like the ancient line from micro art) or a method of regular basing that would also suit it, looking to avoid more plain just flock grass/ sand

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated so I can keep the ball rolling on these guys

Thanks !

Well, Scibor Miniatures have the Templar Ruins bases. While they don't have them in cavalry sizes, they do have a "basing kit" with the same theme that you could decorate the cavalry bases with.

They also have a whole bunch of other very scenic bases.
Check em out. http://sciborminiatures.com/en_,shop.php?group=137

knights templar? What setting though? Were you looking for a more european style of basing or a crusades middle east basing?

Probably more European, rather avoid the desert theme which would possibly bring my VC too close to TK in setting

I am unsure if they have square bases they may or you can cut them square.......

The base x bases are beautiful but expensive. If its a "show" army it might be worth it though. Look around on google. There was a guy in the chicago area making all kinds of resin poured bases for a decent price.

Another option you have is to make your own bases and make casts of them yourself. With a $50 or so investment(if you know what you are doing and dont have to try and try again) you can make easily reproducable bases
