Looks like a strong list. You have all the pieces for a winning list. My only suggestion would be to drop the brood of 2 zoeys for another venom or 2. With the tyrants, tervigon, warriors, and 2 zoeys already, I think more shrouded would be a lot more beneficial for this list. Plus it would give you another 10 points to play with.

Looks pretty dang good.  If you can find the points, you'd be better off with a doubled out Veno Brood...also, in the Living Artillery, you get "pinning" by special rule, so it's more effective to use a Venom Cannon there...  I'd look for points by trimming off a few Gargoyles myself...

I agree with changing for more venomthropes, exchanging 3 Zoan against 3 venomthropes will give you 15pts to add clusterspines and electroshock grub on the Tervigon.
I would take 2 teams of 2 Venomthrope and 1 Zoan on his own

Ok guys made the changes above.. dropped zoan broods to 2 single broods....added a venomthrope...buffed gargs to 25...tervigon got cluster spines and electroshock grubs.. and had 10 points so gave the carnifex both spine banks.
