The colour scheme is black with gold trim and metal parts with red eyes... so quite dark.
I was thinking an enigmatic name would be good but I'm yet to think of one...

Seisuly dude...that's your color scheme?
If you make your own chapter you might as well make something original, rather then the most overused colors in the history of 40k.

Yep, that pretty much is the Black Legion colour scheme. ^^;
Of course, if they're loyalists, you could go for something like Spectres or Shadow Warriors or something.

It actually looks quite cool, also with bleached bone on the trim/aquilas/skulls
It was also for ease of painting as I'm not particularly skilled nor dexterous
