Just about any ancients ruleset has romans in it:

War and Conquest
Hail Caesar
Warhammer Ancients (1.5 or 2.0 - OOP, but you can find the older stuff on ebay, etc.)
Clash of Empires
DBx/DBM/DBMM, etc
Field of Glory

Off the top of my head. There are lots of historicals rulesets. The trick is to find one that other people in your area play (or that you like, and can rope other people to play).

Legio Suturvora 2000 points (painted)
30k Word Bearers 2000 points (in progress)
Daemonhunters 1000 points (painted)
Flesh Tearers 2000+ points (painted) - Balt GT '02 52nd; Balt GT '05 16th
Kabal of the Tortured Soul 2000+ points (painted) - Balt GT '08 85th; Mechanicon '09 12th
Greenwing 1000 points (painted) - Adepticon Team Tourny 2013

As Cruentus said, Romans are one of the most important and popular armies in Ancients and are catered for in any rule-set that isn't specifically about something else. (For example, a set about Samurai warfare won't cover Romans.)

The Roman Army is available in a number of different versions from different eras of Roman history:

You can usually play any Ancient/Mediaeval army against any other one without it being seriously unbalanced.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.

Hail Caesar is what caught my eye, the starter set for it comes with a nice starting army or two! If only I had the time to build and paint them!

Good list, but there is also:

Polemics(sp)
Impetus
Warmaster Ancients

I feel like there is at least one more I am missing that is pretty major, somethign similar to WAB, CoE, and FOG?

OP- What scale of Romans do you want to use? 6mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 28mm, 54mm, etc.

This sums it all up really, In my experience Warlord is the best thing really. But all those mentioned in the qoute above is good and worth a look.
