Reading the new ork codex, and I can't help but notice that the point cost of a nob with pk is more then the base point cost of a mega armored nob that comes with a pk standard. Is there any reason to pick a nob over a mega nob at this point?

Nobz lack S&P, so they can make use of retro fleet granted by non-ghazzy WAAAGH!-ing.

MegaNobz have gotten much better in this book, and edition especially now that Nobz lost invul saves. And with the 2 killsaws option, they have become the best antitank in the book. Drawbacks for MegaNobz:

*no Waagh banner
*no bike option
*cant run except during Ghazzghull's Waaagh.
*cant Overwatch
*cant sweeping advance

The can't run, is a huge problem. Once MegaNobz get out of their transport they will they will only move 6" per turn for the rest of the game.
