The plan is to hold objectives with the devastator and winter guard (given tough by Joe) while the widowmakers and their marksman pick off anything troubling. Then when the opportunity arises, I will feat and use hand of fate to buff the eliminators primarily (but also the jack, dog and yuri). In this turn my goal will be either an assassination or a crippling blow from which the enemy can't recover. I may replace the dog with Sylyss Wyshnalar for the free upkeep spell. This is my first list beyond 15pts so advice is appreciated!

It's not a bad list at all.and the Devastator is a great jack. If you are thinking about asassination I would add Eyriss to the list.

Here is how I would personally run it.

Vladimir Tzepesci, the Dark Champion (*5pts)
* Berserker (6pts)
* War dog (1pts)
Kayazy Eliminators (Leader and Grunt) (3pts)
Widowmakers (Leader and 3 Grunts) (4pts)
Winter Guard Infantry (Leader and 9 Grunts) (6pts)
* Winter Guard Infantry Officer & Standard (2pts)
* 3 Winter Guard Infantry Rocketeers (3pts)
Eiryss, Mage Hunter of Ios (3pts)
Kovnik Jozef Grigorovich (2pts)

The Beserker hits hard and has the added benefit of maybe blowing up (which is fun on an objective swarming with your opponents 1 wound troops).
Eyriss is there to strip focus your assassination run. and the Widowmakers are great at picking out UA, Important Solo's, Arc Nodes etc.
The full WGDS is there to be a fantastic tarpit.
