Hey Dakka, long time lurker. Been having a rough time with my imperial forces of late, so I figured I'd post on here for an opinion on my latest list. My group usually plays at around 1500 pts. Without further ado...
Astra Militarum Main Force
- HQ (515pts)

The game plan is to have the tank squad roll around, with pask tank hunting in his vanq, and the exterminators popping transports, knocking down flyers, squishing monstrous creatures and helping with horde control with their sheer dakka power. The SM captain will join up with the biker squad to help remove any vehicles that get too close, or tie up any mobs that made it to the tanks. Auspex on the capt. as my meta is very skimmer/biker heavy, so it helps against their jinx saves.
The 3 veteran squads will roll around grabbing objectives, helping take out any hard to reach enemies, and being a general nuisance. Dozer blades on the chimeras help me get where I need to go as quick as possible, and add an extra punch if I have to ram something.
So far, my only other ideas would to maybe be to upgrade a vet squad with demo charges and meltas/GLs, or to maybe give them camo gear so they can bunker down a little better. Not really sure what to do with my extra 10 pts, other than maybe stubbers on the exterminators?

Word of advice. Don't copy-paste the export straight from Battlescribe or Armybuilder to here. People want to see what choices you make, and they're likely to stop looking over your list if you're ticking off every single piece of standard wargear for every single unit. For instance, people already know that Chimeras come with a Multi-laser, Heavy bolter and 2 lasgun arrays. If you change one of those weapons, make note of that, etc.
Pask's special rules are either already understood by people reading over your list, or do them no good to read the name. It's just making the list busier and hardier to get the gist of.
You get the idea.  Write up your own lists to post here. It also shows people you went to the trouble and didn't just whip through a few mouse clicks and keystrokes before asking for advice.

Much easier to take in on a quick read.  well done. This seems like a solid list. Flyers may be a concern, if your regular opponents use them (mine don't).
For your 10 points, consider a thunder hammer for your Space Marine HQ, or trying to wrangle a 10-15 more to go Grav on your bikers rather than melta (maybe go melta vets in your AM detachment to free up the points?)

Can't really comment on the space marine side of the house with individual wargear but something like bikes to be able to hit back would be awesome in an AM list.
Given that your bikes can zoom around and i've mentioned on a couple of people's lists I prefer platoons over vets. Keep one squad to secure objectives but i'd trade out the other two for infantry platoons with AC/HBs to bubble-wrap your tanks and at the very least to draw fire away from more precious targets.
Also split one of the exterminators off. Pask can order himself away so the other one can shoot at what he wants still with Pask's PE but if you have two they're both stuck on the same target. Allows you put one on the other side of the map to cover another line through cover or generally hit other targets.
Just my two-cents, as always it's up to you.

If I switch the Meltas to gravs, I'll be at exactly 1500. I'll still have the MM for up close, as well as the grav guns in a pinch, and the captain with the fist, so close range tank busting shouldn't be an issue (If they're close enough for melta guns, they're close enough to be hit with meltabombs, kraks and punched).

I considered dropping the plasma vets down to 1 squad, but I liked their mobility for now. After a few games I'll see how they work out, and can decide if I want a bubble wrap platoon for my tanks. I like the idea of the marine bikers guarding them and picking up any objectives nearby though.

I really like it. It seems like you've got your bases covered, it's durable and can put out some serious hurt. That's sort of the trifecta for TAC lists. Don't have a list that can easily be taken apart by other TAC lists, be prepared for anything both defensively and offensively.
There are probably a lot of personal preference suggestions that could be made about LR loadouts and whatnot, but at the very worst I think this is a solid place to start.
For instance, I'm not a fan of plasma vets in flak armor because of their tendency to melt themselves (mathematically, you'll lose 2 of your plasma vets per turn if all 9 of them fire). Although it's not terribly better, even if you give them carapace armor. They can really put the hurt on enemy elites, but it's just embarrassing for me on a personal level when my ultimate warriors of humanity die from their own gun. XD

It seems like it would work out well
Fast moving bikes followed by mech vets, with the pask poping open tanks from a distance.
My one sugestion would be to shove the last russ in with pask to benifit P.E as well you can always use split fire order if you need multi targets.
