so i wrote some rules for cypher but i wanna to know your opinion, if he is too OP.
i have some doubts in mind right now
-Point cost correct?
-Too much especial rules?
-Weapon too much OP

Why? What's wrong with the rules in his dataslate?

i dunno, i found it ok, but i think there is some serious trouble about cypher not having a chance in CC, plus i think that some rules are no making the character look like in the books, the new data makes him look like a gunslinger.
Also think shroud can make a unit too much OP, that why i throw in Stealth cause i htink is more balance and gave him invul so he can at least have a chance in CC.
Also those weird rules to dark angels.
i though the experimental rule back in 2012 where more balanced.

The Lion Sword isn't the C'tan Phase Knife, they are different things. He just happens to carry both, but he never, never uses the Lion Sword. I believe the rules for the C'tan Phase Knifeare with the Callidus Assassin, those are the rules you should use. You say you want him not to have trouble in CC, so you minus his attacks down to 2? I think he was fine without an invul, not every special character needs one and he had amazing stats for a marine, and the way he fired both pistols in combat was very cool and fluffy.

In your data slate it makes it seem like he relies on his Weapons to much, i thought the best part was he was using normal weapons, but better then everyone else. By giving him amazing weapons, it takes away from the character a bit in my eyes. But the movement thing is cool, but i might swap it to the deployment phase, because it just makes more sense there. ''Sir, are you sure you want us to bunch into flamer formation?'' ''Yeah, it says so on this badly written order on a leaf''. Having it happen before the battle just makes more sense to me.
