Reavers are very good this edition, as they are the only bike unit that can Turbo-boost and not only not lose any damage, but gain a lot more! Reavers are the prefect escort for a Jetseer if you don't want to cheese and play a council and don't want to run a mantle seer due to ignore cover. The allied detachment should look something like this:
Haemonculi. Crucible of Malediction. Liquifier Gun. 80pts
5 Wracks, Liquifier. 60pts
Raider Disintegrator Cannon, torment grenade launcher. 65pts.
5 Reavers + Arena Champ with Venom Blade and 2 Blasters.
The farseer should be made out simply with the Jetbike and the Spear. Stay away from Caltrops, if you take them you will force yourself to bladevane every turn to get your points back, but with Blasters you have the option to do AT as well.
The Farseer should roll everything on telepathy, so you get Psy-shriek which is great with that speed. First turn deploy the Haemonculi in the Reaver unit so they gain FNP, then have him jump into Raider. 3+ Cover Save T 4 models with FNP is *almost* survivable for Dark Eldar!
Now the rest of the allied detachment is were it gets weird, but more importantly, anti-cheese. I will put money on that this tournament will have at least 1 player who is spamming psykers for Daemonology, or running a Seer Council or Screamer star, this cheap trick is the hard counter. Crucible of Malediction forces psykers within 3d6 to take a leadership test or be REMOVED FROM PLAY, NO SAVES, while the Raider forces models within 6'' to have a -1 to their leadership. Now if you get that (Deepstrike maybe?) close to a Screamer Star with 3 Heralds in, that is 3 tests at Ld 6, he is bound to lose some. Works just as well against Warlocks, and if they don't have any Psykers, Hey, you have 2 Str 4 AP D6 Flamers!
Good luck, just give me a shout if you need any more advise.
