The Rules:
Armies will be built to 1750 points.
Armies may consist of no more than 2 detachments (this may be 2 combined arms detachments).
Unbound armies are allowed but require pre-approval from the TO (send lists to michaelckiser@gmail.com)
Forge World units are allowed on a 0-1 basis per selection in the army (i.e. you may have one unit of Saber platforms and one unit of Thudd Guns but not two units of Saber platforms).
Horus Heresy lists are allowed as are Forge World chapter tactics. No other FW lists are currently allowed.

Dice roll at 10.

Quick clarification: Lords of War are allowed EXCEPT for those variants with Strength "D" templates.
