So with Buggies becoming more viable in the new Ork codex I set myself a challenge of kitbashing one. We all know how ugly and outdated the current ones are and I managed to create this using only the Trukk kit.

The shoota boy is temporary as I will be sticking a Rokkit boy on the back. I may also add a few other little bitz to it to make it a bit more detailed.

What do you all think?

I like it. Maybe use some armour plating on the hull sides and back to give the crew a bit of protection? Don't just stick a rokkit boy on the back - design a generic weapon mount (perhaps magnetised) and gunner so that you can then quickly swap the weapon from TL rokkits to TL big shootas (or even flamer) for flexibility between games.

The downside is that this conversion is an expensive way to make buggies - although maybe you can use all the spare bits towards another, e.g. make 3 unique buggies from 2 trukks?

Looks good, have done a good job. As said above defo magnetise. You could try to make a set or have this as. Unique iodine for your set. What's you'd colour scheme?

I think I will try and add some sort of roll cage but as far as armour goes I wanted specifically for a stripped down vehicle look. Besides AV10 and 2HP? sounds like little armour to me

As for magnetising I am not to bothered as with my list I could only ever see myself using them with Rokkits

Colour scheme would be red because we all know without a doubt red ones go faster.

Haha red is definitely the fastest colour, as long as you have go fast tripes down the middle as well!
