Welcome to the hobby!
Your army certainly favors more bodies over vehicles which can work in your favor if your gaming community fields a lot of AT firepower. The downside is that you will be slow-moving across the table and will be more difficult to secure objectives each turn when playing Maelstrom missions.
If your Chaos Lord was upgraded to a Lightning Claw, he will be 80 pts. I would suggest taking either another Lightning Claw or a Power Fist so that he receives +1 Attacks for having 2x Specialized weapons; or dropping the Lightning Claw and taking a Chaos Artefact such as the Murder Sword. Alternatively, you could peruse other Chaos Space Marine Supplements to see alternative items. A lot of players will suggest taking a bike to increase survivability, especially if he is your Warlord, but then you need a retinue of some sorts so he doesn't get obliterated with ease.
If you're taking Berzerkers, I would suggest taking an Icon of Wrath and giving the Champion melta bombs to handle any vehicles and/or Dreadnoughts the unit comes across, possibly even VotLW if you face a lot of Space Marines.
The Possessed need MoK in order to take the Icon of Wrath. While it's a good Icon, this unit will be shot to pieces without a transport and may be better served to support your second CSM unit to secure and hold the midfield.
I would suggest putting your Flamer marine in the squad with a Rhino, and get a second one if possible. You can drive your Rhino up to 6" and fire out of the top hatch with 2x Flamers and/or disembark and shoot with your Bolt pistols and Flamers before charging (MoK and Icon of Wrath would work here too). Your other squad can be outfitted for combat as well, or take a Lascannon or Missile Launcher and sit back to shoot tanks.
To improve the chances of your melee units to make it into combat, take a Land Raider with Kharn and your Berzerkers with support from your Rhino squad (use the Land Raider to obscure the Rhino).
