I was looking to form a list that can really cover ground quickly, and hit like a ton of bricks when it reaches its target. So, without further ado,

pVlad - WJ+5
Drago - 8
Doom Reavers - 6

Iron Fang Pikemen - 8
Iron Fang Pikemen UA - 2
Iron Fang Uhlans - 7

I've got a nagging feeling that this list would work better with ANY other Vlad, but I really want Signs and Portents. Half the list is a Weapon Master, so I want to capitalize on this with dice rolls. Still though, is it worth it losing Vlad2's feat to make everything downright terrifying, or Vlad3 since i'm going cavalry heavy?
