You definitely need to put up a better picture otherwise people just aren't interested.

That being said from what I can see it needs some work.
First off get you art on and green stuff some fur, Ragnar really need to look bear-y. Get some pelts around his legs and over his shoulders
Also in the GW GH hits you can get a buckle for the front of your moddle, it looks like a wrestle king belt with a sword. Cut off the sword and green stuff to make the belt stand alone.

But seroiusly get a better pic ASAP and maybe one with a little colour.

Looks like you've got the camera too close to the model, and it's focusing on the bookshelf in the back rather than where you want it to. If you want a close up shot, hold the model farther away and either zoom in to it with the camera, or use imgur/photobucket/whatever to crop in later on.

Well, from what I can see with pose it looks... awkward. It's like he's running while firing his gun while not looking at where he's firing it at. And shouting. It's like he's prancing angrily.

Better pic would help, and quick look on wiki you may need to do some more work on his frost blade. Its more like a conventional sword.
