I think your best bet is The Warstore x-mas bit bags, not sure anymore but they use to be 40K and WH only (heavier on the 40K). My friend got a baneblade weapon spure in one he got.

Peter: As we all know, Christmas is that mystical time of year when the ghost of Jesus rises from the grave to feast on the flesh of the living! So we all sing Christmas Carols to lull him back to sleep.
Bob: Outrageous, How dare he say such blasphemy. I've got to do something.
Man #1: Bob, there's nothing you can do.
Bob: Well, I guess I'll just have to develop a sense of humor. |

I'm afraid you're probably not going to have much luck, due to the reason these boxes are sold in the first place.
There's no point in a retailer using a method for liquidating stock that isn't selling in order to sell what remains, even accounting for the recent downturn, the best selling range in the world.
What Spikey bits know they're doing by guaranteeing some GW kit in their boxes is ensuring the remainder of the box goes out the door along with it.
There's absolutely no reason to push GW stuff in the same way, especially if you're already offering a discount from RRP.

If you're looking at making an order that size, talk to your local shop and they might cut you a special deal, $200 for $300 worth of stuff is about 33% off, which they probably can't match, but you might get 20-25% off. Then you'll get stuff you actually want rather than getting filler.
