Subject: Heretic planet produces own Commissar, possessed.
How feasible would it be for a heretic human planet to decide to produce it's own Commissars to keep their men in line. And for that planet to view a daemon such as Be'lakor to be a god worthy of worship (think like the emperor), and then for that Commissar to become possessed by a part of that daemon's power, thus making him inhumanly powerful?
I ask, as I and my friend have come up with a fun explanation of why my renegade IG regiment has a Commissar with Yarrick's stats running around, detonating brains and stomping spehss muhreenz.
If you're interested in the details, this is what we've come up with in total:
Spoiler:
The model is a Commissar with bolt pistol and power sword, but plays exactly like Yarrick.
Rule: Draconian Disciplinarian
How it works: Possessing the power of their god, this regiment sees him as being rather Jesus-esque, but with more murder and fear.
Rule: Aura of Discipline, Summary Execution
How it works: He's a commissar, you run, he blows your brains out.
Rule: Chain of Command
How it works: He's a Commissar with a bonus, not the planetary leader. Doesn't really matter though, as the other HQ in the army is a tank commander.
Rule: Preferred Enemy (Orks)
How it works: Shuddup & eat your greens.
Rule: Eternal Warrior, Iron Will
How it works: Things possessed by daemons don't die just because mortality said so.
Power Claw in sword form: I call it daemonic strength. He's gonna tear you a new one.
Bale Eye: The Commissar stares his enemy down, and this happens (from 3:32):

Not that unlikely - Chaos cultist forces such as the Blood Pact model themselves on the Guard.
