I have heard many people using nurgle daemon princes only swooping and never actually glide (fly) with them so they can claim a 2+ jinx. Has there been any arguments to this issue, since the rule book explains that when a monstrous creature is swooping he is treated as a jump infantry and when gliding hes treated as flying monstrous creature.

There is nothing that says the FMC needs to be flying for jink to take effect. They are simply listed with it under their special rules.

So, you can glide and still get a jink save.

A) it's Jink. Not Jinx.

B) I think you have it backwards - FMCs are treated as Jump when Gliding, not Swooping.

C) Nothing stops a gliding FMC from electing to Jink.
