Hi, I'm not sure this goes here, but anyway, I'm going to buy an ipad and I wanted to know if GW digital editions can be seen on an ipad mini, with all the feature available (360 view, interactive codex, ....).

Yes, iPads are the best way to view the digital editions. I don't know anything about 360 view, but the codexes are interactive.
