If Ahriman fails Vortex of Doom, he suffers Perils of the Warp.

So if he fails the Psychic Test, rolls a few doubles, AND has two 6's in there, how many times does he suffer Perils? Three times?

Similarly, does he take Perils twice if he gets the power off successfully and has a bunch of 6's?

I can't tell if you can take more than one Perils at a time or not.

AFAIK you can only suffer Perils once per spell (So spell A: double 6s, Perils. Spell B, 4 6s, peril once)

You don't peril on double anything except double 6 (unless something says otherwise, like the Daemonology trees)
Perilling doesn't necessarily mean you fail casting, you'd have to read the individual powers. You still follow the order for resolving powers: Choose spell, choose dice, resolve perils, see if opponent denies, resolve spell.

If I sound like I'm being a condescending butthole, I'm not. Read my reply as neutrally as possible, please and thank you.
