So I was wondering, would using Underhive Ash - Dry the GamesWorkshop paint do for Deathwing Terminators?
I am not good at mixing colors so I don't really know how to get that cream color, then I saw that they have that color, but the question is, is it right?

If you're looking to be able to paint layers with a Dry paint, don't. They're not designed for applying consistent colour, instead they are for drybrushing, and to that end they are very hard and, well, dry, so you won't be able to apply them in a coat.

Have you looked at Vallejo model air? Their Sand paint is a good one for Deathwing.

I used the army painter Skeleton Bone spray primer, painted all the details, and used the minwax dip method. It looks great for table top quality and you'll only have ~15 minutes a model invested!

For my Deathwing I have a very simple technique. Base the model white and then wash the entire model with Sepharim sepia wash. Be careful not to use too much sepia, but with a light wash the entire model goes that bone colour, but is still quite light. The recesses are already darker for you as well
