Here is my take on Blitz Brigade Orks. I really want to pick up my last 2 BWs and give this a go, I think it has the right amount of supporting units and fire power to work well. CC and thanks for any input!

Is there some way to get the kff bubble on the wagons? I know it doesn't work the same any more if you have a kff in a vehicle. but could a big mek on a bike with kff give the save to 2-3 battlewagons?

Big problem with using blitz brigade is that the appeal is the scout rule... but only 1 or 2 units in any codex gets to use battlewagons as dedicated transports... so you can't scout if you want the units of boyz in the battlewagons, since they can't start the game deployed in it... 5 battlewagons with scout isn't dangerous if nothings in it :-/ yet another "meh" aspect of the ork codex.

The thing is this formation give my battlewagons scout so the kff is left in hanging in the breeze until i group him with a kopta but I dont want to do that. Basically starting the game 24 inches up the board Im saying, if you cant kill 2-3 wagons turn 1 then 2 you will be assualted and shot down.

Lol Sillycybin are you sure know a lot about the new Ork Codex?

Pretty positive you can still scout with BWs with the boyz in it.

5 wagons is a pretty big risk. they cost a lot of points have weak rear armor and don't dish out that much damage. At 1850 60 boys just isn't going to cut it. Your trying to go elite when orks are swarm.

Also not to be rude but this is something I see a lot of people doing. They either dont play orks or havent played with the 7th edition rule book and if your list doesnt have at least 100 boyz in it they say youre doing it wrong. Unless you are running the green tide formation with mad doc or painboy big blobs, unfortunately, are not what they use to be. The new mob rule hurts all boyz squads. They are still great units for their price and do well in combat but the Ork codex is no longer boyz before toys. In fact I would say its a lot more unforgiving and difficult to play. That being said I think it has some powerful builds and can be competitive. Im hoping this list is a good start and if people cant deal with the BWs or if I get first turn and can get some crucial hits onto their antitank units then I thnk it will be very competitive.

They aren't listed as options as dedicated transports for boyz, which means they can't deploy in them to start the game. Scout move takes place before your movement does, ergo you can't embark in it and then scout. Pair Blitz Brigade with Bully Boyz and scare people.

Not how it works. You can start a game deployed inside a vehicle, unless that vehicle is a dedicated transport for a different unit.

That's not actualy a rule.

If it was a dedicated transport (these aren't) then only the unit that was purchased with them can start deployed in them.
If it's a normal, non-dedicated, transport (which these are) then any unit can start deployed in them.

I stand corrected, this opens things up a bit!
