This is a 1500 point tournament Necron list I've been working on. Let me know what you think!

HQ: Nemesor Zahndrekkh 185
Lord (Staff of Light, Sempiternal Weave, Resurrection Orb) 80

There are many better ways to build Necron tournament lists than this; especially considering how much better they got in 7th...and why.

Dedicated transports being (uncontestable) scoring models is THE biggest deal about 7th; and Necrons happen to have two of the best dedicated transports in the game.

You have a couple ways you can go, one of which is probably superior against most competition.

Necron Airforce. 6 Night Scythes and then anni barges/wraiths/barge lords to fill out the list based on your preference.

AV13 wall. 6 Ghost Arks with anni barges/wraiths/barge lords to fill out the list based on your preference.

The latter is probably stronger due to its reslience but the airforce will certainly matchup hammer some people who simply can't deal with so many fliers.

No Ghost Arks?
I'd try dropping 7 Warriors from the blobs (3 from Z's, 4 from the other), as well as the Whip Coils on the Wraiths (with no Destroyer Lord they're not as necessary), and adding a GA, if possible.
Personally, I'd prefer an Annihilation Barge or two instead of a Stalker (more survivable thanks to jink. Higher damage output. Better against flyers, too), but I have a feeling you just want to try it out, so go for it.

Also, in regards to above comment, hybrid AV13/Airforce lists have been performing pretty well (½ GA and ½ NS, or ⅓ GA and ⅔ NS).

I am new to Necrons, so I don't presume to know much, but why does everyone love Ghost Arks?

Because they suddenly went from "okay" to "awesome!", thanks to the new skimmer/jink rules that 7th brought with it.
(AV 13 vehicle with 4 hull points that has a 4+ jink save, thanks to being a skimmer (3+ during Night Fight). Add to that the fact that it's an Objective Secured unit, and you have one of the best scoring models in the game at the moment).
Plus, if you're playing with Warrior blobs, being able to add some more models back to the unit it's sitting next to is always an excellent bonus.

I would have to drop warriors to add Ghost Arks and Annihilation Barges. It gives me something like this:

And that would be a worthy addition by subtraction! Much better list. Add a Whip coil and you're good.

If you are going to run all your Warriors in GAs like that I would trip a few for some RC spots, like Lanceteks.

Another option is to go somewhat in between your first list and this one, and drop one GA. Put the extra 5 Warriors from the other two squads with the first squad, and drop back in a reslord.

If I wanted to bump this list up to 1850, what should I add?
