Hello,
I'm kinda a beginner in 40k (i have only played it for about a year now) and this is my first army. I'm not out for super competitive gaming, i just want to have a bit of fun, but it would be nice to win sometimes (obviously ) : I'm looking for some advice/criticism/help/opinions on my Army list or even just some suggestions.. It's a pure khorne army, which for me means, that it's mostly close-combat orienated. And it's NOT competitive, it should be semi-competitive.

HQ:
1x Chaos Lord 170 points
-Juggernaut of Khorne
-Sigil of Corruption
-Axe of Blind Fury
-MoK

1x Be'lakor 350 points

Troops:
2x 9 Khorne Berzerkers 546 points (with rhinos)
- 2 x 4 Chainaxes
- 2 x 2 Plasma pistols

2x Rhinos

FA:
10x Raptors depends on weapons but about 245
- Not sure yet how to equip them??
- MoK
- IoW

1x Heldrake 170 points
-Baleflamer

HS:
3 Obliterators 228 points
-MoN/MoT??

1x Maulerfiend 125/135 points
-Is it worth the extra 10 points?

This should be round 1844 points, so I still got some points left. Not sure what to do with those. Should I go with Warp Talons and get rid of some extras or should I go with a deamon attachement. What could I add/change?
I am open to a lot of suggestions for changes, but it should be around this army and like I said before, it should be close combat and semi competitive.

Thanks in advance!!
Really appreciate any suggestions!

Is the juggernaut lord running alone? If possible maybe give him a squad of spawn to escort him to close combat and the Berzerkers squads are already expensive i would drop the plasma pistols and the chainaxes. Maybe give the rhinos dirgecaster to remove overwatch.

For the Obliterators i would give them MoN and make two squads so you can fire diffrent weapons at diffrent targets. (maybe give them VOTLW for the leadership boost)

Make sure you use Be'lakor to shroud those rhinos! They will have a hard time making it up the board without his help. Traditionally land raiders is the way to go with Berzerkers but shrouded rhinos with popped smoke will do fine. A 3+ cover save is great!

With 2 squads of Berzerkers and an AOBF Jugg lord, you really need to provide them with anti-armor support. Whatever you do, you should have this in mind with using the rest of your points as you will need to be able to pop transports so you can charge their inhabitants rather than the other way around, and you will need to blow up enemy anti-infantry armor such as Lemon Demolishers and Vindicators

Okay first of all thanks a lot for the suggestions.
@Demic25 no the juggernaut wouldnt be running alone, i was thinking of letting him run with the raptors, but after considering your suggestions, i think it would be best to take some spawns and letting him run with those.. but not sure if I should swap raptors with spawns, is that really a good idea? okay ill drop the plasma and chainaxes i can see why they are just a waste of points.. I didnt even know that there was somethinbg like a dirgecaster, so thank you, i read it up and i think that would be very useful in combination with the shrouding and popping smoke.

hmm. yeah i might make 2 squads of obliterators and im thinking of adding another maulerfiend, so that i have enough anti-armor.

Thanks a lot guys, really appreciate it..looking forward to hearing all the other suggestions, that might still come!

Everywhere at once..

Yes drop the plasma pistols but keep the chainaxes, you'd be surprised how often ap4 comes in handy.
If your able put them in landraiders otherwise they are a waste of points (sad but true)

Also give the chaos lord an escort such as spawn or even bikers.

I am changed . . . an outcast now.
