The nicest dog I ever met was a Pitbull, there was no anger in his face, it just wanted everyone to pet it.

Ya, my pit is sweet and gentle as can be, and is a rescue from an abusive home. Never had a toy til the rescue organization gave it one after seizing it. Still owns that little stuffed animal Deer. Carries it everywhere and licks and grooms it, like it's her puppy. Great around kids too, but can be a little too friendly for real little kids. Best dog I ever had.

Random fact of the day:

Put Bulls are one of the best dog's to have with children.

Owners ruin dogs, breeds are never inherently bad. Stubborn maybe.

Also, golden retrievers are more agressive.

Yep. Two of the nicest dogs I've ever met were "attack breeds", a Doberman and a Rottweiler. Unfortunately, people get caught up in the fear-mongering because of bad owners and these dogs are viewed as vicious or mean. Hell, Cujo was a St. Bernard and no one fears them!

I clicked on this thread hoping to find out that 'rapper' Pitbull had been shot or something. How disappointing. :(

Pitbulls are nanny dogs, plain and simple. Treat them with love and kindness and you will get that back a hundred fold. Dangerous breeds are the result of humans being evil.

Pitbulls are fun creatures. But my heart always belong to huskies.
