Support systems highly depend on how youre using the suits.

Generally its targetlock, so you can split-fire at a target you dont want to waste gundrone shots at (i.e. plasmas against termies while gun drones blast infantry or something along those lines) or if you have two kinds of suits in the same unit (one plasma, one fusion) and want them to shoot individually.

Stims are kinda pointless since S8 is pretty common and theyre a magnet for them as it is.
Shield gens are WAY too expensive on anybody other than commanders.
Adv Targeting is a decent pointdump. Precision shots with 6-12 shots depending on the loadout isnt a bad thing at all.
EWO and VT is kinda a waste on crisis suits, since theyre usually deepstriking so EWO is almost never going to be used and they are best for getting rear armor or units hiding around a corner, not killing air (also expensive as hell).

An ork with an idea tends to end with a bang.

Vineheart is right, although it is worth noting the stims are good on commanders(particularly if you have iridium armor) and possibly a drone controller depending on the squad you attach the commander to.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

For basic crisis suits, I tend to go blanks (as in, two guns and nothing else), and the only systems I consider at the TL for the guys who need split fire (marker+missile teams, big fusion squads), ATS for high powered rifles (fusion) or VRT for heatwave counter-assault teams (double flamers)

can neither confirm nor deny I lost track of what I've got right now.
