The Autarch joins up with the other Jetbikes to provide a leadership bonus and anti-tank support and his bonus to reserve rolls almost guarantees the arrival of the Crimson Hunter on the second turn.

The Crimson Hunter provides a ton of anti-air/tank support, while the rangers and wave serpent provide plenty of anti-infantry.

I would be happy to hear any suggestions you have.

I think 600pts is a very random number and either bump up to 750 or cut some things to land in 500. Which is easy if you make a jetbike only list, drop the serpent, DA and Rangers, use those points in more bikes and maybe add a Viper for big gun support. I like the concept in smaller games, but I'd say run that theme even harder to make it just that much more fun from a narrative point of view.

If you have the Exarch, I always say make the 10pts for Marksman's eye. Hits on 2+, hits the trooper with the plasma gun on 5+. Absolutely forget the rangers and keep your sniper in the sky.

Well if your goign narrative and dont want to win go for Sharkoutofwatas advise.

Drop rangers. They serve no purpose in this list. Get mantle for your atarch and some more goodies, and maybe an upgrade on the serpent.

The reason I use 600 is because it is what my school league uses which takes place every year at warhammer world. I am trying to make this list semi competitive but I do already have a very competitive list. This list is just for fun but i still don't want to lose every game

I think a Crimson Hunter that is an Exarch non the less makes this very competitive. It's like bringing a land raider I don't think many people have anything to deal with it, or no more that 1-2 things can could get focus fired down.

I would stick with the idea of an all bike army, that way you have mobility, the vipers can bring anti-tank, bikes for anti infantry, and your Autarch can be for what ever you want, maybe even a Wave Serpent but anti-what ever you point it at.

Reserve everything but auatarch, which as long as you dont play stupid will stay alive. Keep jet bikes in reserve as long as possible, but bring in crimson hunters quickly.

Star cannons because there wont be a whole lot of vehicles in 600, but even if there are you have 2 pulse lasers (for 4 s8 ap2 shots) and a melta gun.

I love the idea of an Autarch with a mantle but i think that I should keep the bright lances on the Crimson Hunter. A reason being one of my friends has a 600 point list that has 3 Night Scythes! And he would murder the crimson Hunters easily. But i could easily take out two of his night Scythes a turn with the Crimson Hunters with bright lances. I could also trade out the second Crimson Hunter so that I could add more Jetbikes, give them Shuriken Cannons and maybe add a Vyper this would give the ground forces plenty of anti infantry with the Crimson Hunter being able to take out armoured threats to itself and the infantry quickly.
P.S: Last time out at School's League their were tons of vehicles.
