I'm working on this model (very much WIP):

Spoiler:

I've since gotten the dress into a much better state that I'm quite happy with. I'm happy with the sword (might fix the grip a little). I'm reasonably happy with the hair. I want to redo the wings completely, they turned out sloppy, but I have a plan for those.

What I don't have a plan for is the skin. Specifically, her arms. I'm going to redo her face a bit to smooth it out and clean it up a lot (and add some depth and shade near the edges), but I have no idea how I'm going to tackle those spaghetti arms. Do I just highlight the tops and try to create a gradient of shade going underneath? Do I try and create any sort of definition? Do I try and texture it at all? Any ideas?

I'd try and add some definition. Keep it subtle though, she's not a body builder.
