Hey folks, I am trying to build a competitive a trolly tourney army of Eldar that I won

Here is what I am thinking:

Im sitting at 1875 any suggestions on what to add in to round out the army

Put the farseer on a jetbike and add warlocks on jetbikes.

Don't really know what to say. Looks pretty bloody nasty.

But for ease of reading, the post could be neatened up.

OK I tidied up the list.This is all I have currently I can go out and buy some warlocks if needed.

Well, it matters what kind of tourny play you are going after.

Your lists is almost a complete cookie cutter of every 1850 Eldar list I saw at ATC, which is a good sign, except your WS patterns are different.


There is no "Good" place for your farseer in this list atm. I highly recommend a mantleseer, as he can easily use LOS blocking terrain and a rerollable 2+ save to shrug off/ignore fire while supporting your army, shard of anaris is not needed unless you are in a beastpack.

In your list I would run him with telepathy to try and invis a WK, as well as psychic shriek a few squads. I personally run Malefic Daemonology on my seer with a Stone, as he can reliably net me a unit every turn without consequence.



I also recommend making your WS with a Scatter and cannon, everyone takes it for a reason. If your farseer is not on a bike not worth taking IMO.

The tourney is a local one most of the guys arent the nicest to the young players so the list is here to help show what the newbies can do. I dont have a jetbike for the Farseer and was just going to have him in a WS with the DA's since he was only really there to fill a HQ slot.

Even though you want to show what you can do, putting a psycher in a transport and no longer able to get his powers out to the other units. That's a waste as a Wraith Knight with some boons is a force to be reckoned with. Even if he's only there to fill the HQ slot, so long as he's there, why not use him right? With the warlocks and all of them on bikes that's a whole new phase you're dominating.

If you don't want to add the warlocks you might want to consider taking Fire Dragons, give them one of the WS of the DA squads, leave that DA squad to take a 'home objective' and go hunting with the Fire Dragons.

I would also go unified Scatter, Cannon on the WS, the missle does not fit in 1 high Str Ap3 shot and lots of other midrange with no AP does not give you anything good to focus fire on. You dont need brightlances when you have two Wraithknight that can shoot and also charge and punch anything to death.

You could give him the (err... forget the wargear name)... wargear that makes him lose IC status, but gives him other bonuses and just keep him hidden out of site to throw spells around.
Unfortunately, with just 1 FSeer, you're going to be low on Warp Charges.
