When you have a equal number of models in the unit when differing toughness values how is it determined and where's this at I'm looking all over.

Specifically

Sorcerer w/ Biomancy
Sorcerer w/ blah blah
Ahriman
Obliterator

What's the majority toughness 4 correct?

If I lose it is because I had bad luck, if you win it is because you cheated.

How we determine which Value to use in case of a tie should be located in the Majority Toughness Rule.

I am seriously not finding this thing at all. What section is it in?

If I lose it is because I had bad luck, if you win it is because you cheated.
