Do you still have the wings for the hive tyranants? cause maybe making them fliers would help alot. I would look at another venomthrope or a pair of zoanthropes. Tervigons are nice but I would rather have some warriors in a list than a 2nd Tervigon. Maybe, just maybe you could pick up one of the tyranid fliers as that seems to be the only thing your Models wont cover. Apart from that it looks good

But I dono about listening to me as i packed in Tyranids after there 7th edition codex came out

Hmmm...no wings? That puts you in the "Less than perfect" box. You might think of running a Formation , or two. You can run a Tyrant Node, and you have most of the parts for a Living Artillery. Those could add to your effectiveness.

I don't much like the Tervigon, because of it's price, but two is not a huge investment. If you run a Tyrant Node (?) you could use one as HQ, and save on the Termagant tax. I'd split the extra Big Brood out for an extra Troop in any case.

Without Fly'rants, you are almost helpless vs Fliers, so if you want to buy some new models, you should give a hard look at some FMC's A pair of Hive Crones would give you a major upgrade.

Good Luck! And welcome (back ) to the Hive Mind!.

Would definitely recommend some Warriors instead of 2 Tervigons. I always bring one, but two of them is just meh. They don't have a lot of damage output either way you look at it, and they're very expensive synapse nodes. Warriors are a solid choice for synapse and damage output. Also, Living Artillery Node. Bring the warriors, then have fun. Also, Why 2 walking Hive Tyrants? If you're giving them the TL Devourers, you're gonna want them to get withing range of something to shoot at, since they're only 18", so flying would be optimal.

this is using literally all of my miniatures ... aside from like 6 of my 10 unfinished gargs. i dont have the cash to pick up any models atm so i will look into that in the next few months. i dont play in tournaments and i play nids because i like being an underdog.

Well, the obvious problems are that you have 12" covered very well, plus artillery support from the Exocrine and Biovores, but nothing meant for assault and nothing meant for midfield combat. Anything built to go against assault would slaughter this list, and Nids are supposed to excel at the assault and win the match there. You have a lot of small guns, and a couple big ones, but those 12 and 18" ranges mean that you're in rapid fire range of everything, and easily in range of everything else. And with a set up like this, you don't have the option to assault either.

As you stated, you don't have the money for more models, but as it stands, maybe you can swing lower point lists, 750 or so using a Tervigon, Tyrant and buddies and the swarms of gaunts with a bit of big gun support, but without a close quarters group, or even some warriors, I wouldn't put it on the table at all... Just doesn't play to the Nid strengths with what you have available yet.
