Hi guys, I read the Editing Tutorials, but I can't find the solution to how do I change the name of an article please?

The situation is, I want to update an article about 6th edition for 7th edition. I looked through the Tutorials and couldn't find it.

Thanks in advance. Sorry if I really did miss it.

Just go to the first post and click edit,

that will let you edit the title as well as the content of the first post

(editing any other post will only let you change the content of the individual post)

Thank you for replying. However, it sounds like you're talking about changing the title of a forum post.

What I'm talking about is changing the title of an article, like this one: http://www.dakkadakka.com/wiki/en/Kill%20Team%20Tactica%20%28for%20Warhammer%2040%2C000%206th%20edition%29

Do you know how to do that please? What you described does not seem to relate to it.

I think you might need to PM an article mod on this one. Redbeard is one, I don't know the others offhand.

I don't see any apparent way to change the titles on my own articles.

Thanks for the information. I'll work on the updated version and contact the Mods in parallel, but I'm also considering just starting a new article altogether. I'll think a little about which is better after I write a bit more of the article offline.

Any moderator, not just article mods, can change the name of your article for you (especially since most of the article moderators are not very active anymore).

Normally I'd say to just send one of them a PM and they'll take care of it, but since you already created this thread just let me know what you want the new article name to be (and a link to the article) and I'll take care of it.
