So i was thinking about an inquisition army, using only the inquisition codex and this came out:

Inquisitorial Henchmen: 3x Crusader, 7x Death Cult Assassins, 1x psyker, 1x Ministorium priest with Eviscerator, imbarked on a land raider crusader with multimelta

Which FAQ stated he lost the Lord of Formosa rule?

When codex inquisition is your primary force then they are counted as troops. Also coteaz still works as always.
