So been playing around ideas of a more mobile 7th edition list, thought of this the other night to see how it would work, sounds fun anyways between scouting transports and shunting and teleporting.

HQ-

Draigo - 275 Pts

Librarian - 200 Pts (ML 3, force sword)

Troops:

Paladin Squad x5 - 315 Pts (3 x halbers, 2 x hammers, 2 x psycannons)

Strike Squad x6 w/ Razorback - 240 pts ( 1 halberd, 3 swords, 1 psycannon, psy ammo [ assault cannon on razor with psybolt ammo])

Fast attack:

Interceptor squad x 10 - 300 Pts (8 swords, 2 psycannon, psy ammo)

Heavy Support:

Dreadknight - 260 pts (greatsword, incinerator, teleporter)

Dreadknight - 260 pts (greatsword, incinerator, teleporter)

The stormraven wouldn't come on until turn 2 and assault until turn 3. While the interceptors and one dreadknight wait for back up, they will die terribly.

I dislike putting units in a stormraven, save for a squad of 5 scouts.


Its a deathsentence if it gets shot before troops land.

Indeed, I'd never use the Stormraven as a transport.

The librarian in draigo's ball will hopefully roll Gate for powers

Might i suggest that you drop the greatswords and the raven and take a landraider? It's on the board turn 1, gives draigo and company a ride and Isn't to terribly easy to deal with.

Not sure where people are getting a raven from, my list doesnt have a raven

Taking Mordrak with his ghosts seems like a batter idea this edition than draigo with paladins, if only for the Alpha Strike.

Sounds good, but if your Librarian does not get Gate, Draigo and his squad would be really slow :/ I would sacrifice a DK for a Land Raider Crusader.

Which role do you want your pallies to fulfill ? CC to support Draigo, or Heavy Support with the two psycannons ?
