I have been looking at different ways to field Necrons and was thinking of:

Using Imotekh the Stormlord and attaching him to a squad of 10 Flayed Ones. Can I do this?

If yes, can I then deep strike the Stormlord with the Flayed Ones?

If I can Deep Strike in, do I still place the Blood Nano Scarabs as normal?

Does the Lord have the DS rule?

The Stormlord does not have the deep strike rule, so if you join him to a unit, that unit can not deep strike. All models in a unit must have deep strike for the unit to be able to deep strike.

If you attach the Stormlord to a unit of Flayed Ones (they are infantry so this is just fine) then that unit can no longer deep strike and must instead be deployed normally.
