Being a while since showed any of my Necrons and had these in my showcase cabinet so decided to bring them out to show to all of you who enjoy some of my Necron goodness.





For all to see, the five warscythe wielding Lychguards ready to serve the Overlord in his bidding and service. Showing a white faced leader of the five with energy from his eyes showing off onto his face, implanting fear into all who see him.

Nice, pretty understated too in the colour schemes, is not like MR T bling kings in space :-)

Thanks, I tried to stray away from any Dynasty looking colours to try giving my Necrons some uniqueness. So shoulders aren't pure red but mixed in another to give it a metallic look to it.

As my Necrons are a cult but still working on background for them, got basis worked out but need to write it up sometime.

It does work, the pics probbly don,t do your effects justice though! The dark red n gold is a pretty nice combo :-)

Seems HD can ruin details if too finely done lol

But aye its just I but in tiny bit more red then 2nd colour to give it the more standing colour so it doesn't look 100% metal

Thanks for the warm compliments of the minis you all so far. Necrons are quite tricky to make look "Alive" since they are robot, hence looking quite bland being one colour majority dominating. Will be bringing hopefully the Lonely Triarch Stalker's (Blog did of Triarch Stalker) new friends to show you all here.

These five are going to be used on more "rush in & slicing" tactics of Necrons to clear ruins that have heavy armour loitering.
