It's a character so it's LOS is on. 4+, right? What am I missing?

Yeah.... Frick my bad,I just went and flicked through my rulebook and didn't realise it was only models in the same unit.
Lesson learned!

You know, I actually thought I knew the rules but in actual fact I really don't haha! still getting them wrong after all these years!
