I thought this would the the regular net list. It's not.
Do you want a net list? If you do, here's the advise.

Drop warlocks and make the Fraser into mantle seer.

Drop dire avenger squads down to 5 man.

Drop star cannons of wraith knight. MCs can only fire 2 weapons a phase.

Buy more wave serpents.

I do drugs.
Mostly Plastic Crack, but I do dabble in Cardboard Cocaine.

I was trying to make I net list, but I'm an Eldar noob. Thanks for the help.

Honestly, I think you may get bored playing this list, and there are some very strong counters (demons!!!).

Here is a similar list I took to a NOVA tourney this past weekend. I did really well, but didn't take home the gold (made some bone-head mistakes in game 3). It is similar to your choices, but with some added flair to help make it a little more balanced:

HQ -
Autarch - shuriken catapult

Troops -
5 DA
Wave Serpent - Scatter Laser
5 DA
Wave Serpent - Scatter Laser
5 DA
Wave Serpent - Scatter Laser
5 DA
Wave Serpent - Scatter Laser
3 Jetbikes
3 Jetbikes

Fast Attack -
Crimson Hunter - Bright Lance
Crimson Hunter - Bright Lance
7 Warp Spiders

Heavy -
Wraithknight
Wraithknight.

There is no doubt that Serpent Spam is effective, but it has more hard counters than a list which has multiple tools of various variety.

I'm not telling you not to buy that list, I'm just thinking it may be a more interesting game if you mixed some other units in there. Especially since so many units in the Eldar are good, you're not losing effectiveness just changing your toolkit.

Good Luck!!

I like it. I think this is a little better equipped for those AV 13+ targets (Imperial Knights are a thing).

A quick modelling tip - magnetize your wave serpents. There will be a time when scatter lasers are not auto-take and you'll be happy you did it. Same goes with the shuriken cannon.

This is a play style thing, but I often take the ghostwalk matrix instead of the cannon on a few serpents, especially if they're going to sit further back in my deployment zone. Popping in and out of cover (to avoid having to jink) is so much better when you're not immobilizing your own Serpents. In the list I posted, I obviously went without just to fit more toys in.

Also, the exarch upgrade on the hunter is money, great choice. BS 5 is a huge buff. I also find they're extremely resilient for an AV 10 vehicle. 3 HP usually end up preserving it for at least a turn or so... plus vector dancer enables you to keep towards the back of your deployment zone and use range (and hopefully tall ruins for a 4+ cover - avoid jinking if possible).

Well, net lists say 5 Dire Avengers. And players like jy2 have success with them.
I like more resistant units and therefore take 10 men units of DA or Guardians to be transported in Serpents.

Serpent spam with DA only can have a hard time vs heavy tanks. For this, I usually don't go out without two small units of FD's. They can usually get the job done.

Or if you want to go nuts just bring a naked Autarch, 5 wave serpents and 3 Wraithknights.....

I'm trying to go for balance. I've got a pysker buffing unit, 4 OS Wave Serpents, 1 Fragon AT Wave Serpent, a fast moving OS unit (Jetbikes), a deep striking infantry shredder (Warp Spiders), an AA fighter, and a Wraithknight. What more do I need?

Warp Spiders aren't infantry shredders. I mean, they are, but they're more of a shred-everything type of unit. Most people would say Wave Serpents and Wraithknights are the best unit in the codex (some would probably even say the game), but I say 30 Warp Spiders would be much scarier to face than 5 Wave Serpents and 25 Avengers.

Warp spider's have scary damage output, but little durability. They are T3 marines. Waveserpents and WraithKnights are so feared because they can put out the hurt and take it back by the bucket load.

As for your comment Random Dude. Going pure Waveserpents and WraithKnights kives you everything you listed save the psychic buffs, and you really dont need those, plus the ability to reliably handle Knight titans and most Lords of War.
