One whole hand tossed Philly Cheese Steak pizza and then another 100g protein + 800 calories of whatever. It's a refeed day after 3 strict weeks.

It's nice to have a cheat meal every once in a while.

Currently, nothing. I need to get a shower then go to the shops and get some bread because I'm in the mood for a sandwich and nothing else, but I'm not in the mood to get a shower.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

Ate a pack of Farro (2 servings) and a pack of tuna in water (1 Serving)... also had some Kombucha... and water

...oh and a breakfast burrito drenched in cheese, green chili sauce, containing scrambled eggs and sausage... and like 4 or 5 cups of coffee.

Later today...going to have a pack of microwavable steamable vegetables (4 servings).

Then maybe too much Fireball.

KFC for lunch (had to do fast meal or wait until dinner, due to work), and I'll probably eat at the Mexican place nearby for dinner: inexpensive and tasty.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

French toast and bacon for brunch

Cheese, crackers, and cocktails

Chicken/ steak fajitas with a side of refried beans/cheese dip, with blueberry crisp for desert.

Exercise was about an hour and a half in the pool. My folks are visiting, so we're all off our normal diets. Starting monday we go back to stricter potion control and walking at least a mile a day. Healthier food will resume when leftovers are burned though.

I don't love the taste, but it's perfectly manageable. Also, I'm still growing so I need the calcium.

This is yesterday's, because still not sure what I'm having today, but:

Breakfast: Sausage sandwich
Lunch: 1/2 a 14" Pizza, chips (fries for all you yanks)
Dinner/Tea/Whatever it's called: Chinese Chicken +Prawn Curry, with Noodles, Sweetcorn, Peas, and a crap ton of Prawn Crackers.

With that, I had probably a litre of Dr. Pepper Zero.

I had 2 egg and bacon sandwich mix sandwiches. My gut has been giving me mixed signals, though, so I'm wary about eating a whole lot more until this loperamide kicks in and it all settles back down.

When I was pushing to loose weight I was significantly more grumpy then normal. It comes with the territory, just try to keep that in mind and realize that it’s the diet, and not the people around you’s fault.

One thing I found to help with the gnawing hunger was to snack regularly, with strict portion control. A 100 calorie portion of pretzels between meals (and factored into my daily total) helped keep me sane. Obviously different people have different systems. I found counting calories and portion control worked for me. YMMV

Ok, I got a date tip for you. Raw Unflitered Apple Cider Vinger found in any grocery store. 1 teaspoon in a glass of water, 3 times a day before your meals. It is not only a appetite suppressant, it will also burn fat cells (even if your a lazy ass). Plus, it is great for heart burn.

Just make sure it is Raw and Unflitered or you might aswell drink suger water.

Peter: As we all know, Christmas is that mystical time of year when the ghost of Jesus rises from the grave to feast on the flesh of the living! So we all sing Christmas Carols to lull him back to sleep.
Bob: Outrageous, How dare he say such blasphemy. I've got to do something.
Man #1: Bob, there's nothing you can do.
Bob: Well, I guess I'll just have to develop a sense of humor.

Chicken, peas, and egg whites. That's the healthiest meal I've seen in a long time. Good balance of protein, carbs, and fat.

Salad. SALAD. SALAD!?! FOR BREAKFAST?!

Family went out for Pizza hut today. I had water to drink

And between meals I've had about 8 measurement cups of milk. I expect I'll be spending a lot of time in the bathroom tonight. But as it was humid today I'd call that worth it
