I'd consider a Templar swap with a Redeemer. I forget what
the points difference there is? If you do that, you grab something
that gives you focus efficiency like a Hierophant or Wracks or
even another Vassal.
The Redeemer is six, so he would have two points to work with. Also, I had some experiences with him. He is certainly an 'all-comers' casters, but he is easily countered by list with arc nodes, no knockdown or have both. Granted he is still playable in that situation, but you are not getting as much mileage out of him.
For his lists, I say the second one is good, as you have things that go good with his playstyle for the most part. However, I say switch out the Templar with the vanquisher if you are going for the pop and drop. If not, then either choice is good.
For your Feora list, I second Malfred's notion as well, sinde he Judicator and Redeemee really benefit fro, her bond. Again, play your lists, get some practice with them and see how it works for you.
