Bloodcrushers are pretty awful, and will be doubled out to instant death very easily. Don't take them. For your Khorne fix, take Flesh Hounds and convert/run those 'Crushers to be Heralds of Khorne on juggers.
Same with Bloodletters - I'm not giving up on them yet, because I think a summoned or DSing unit of them can put a little fear into MEQ armies with their high saves. Otherwise, they'll die too easily to small arms fire and even in combat will likely suffer much with their low Initiative.
Soulgrinders are ace, even with their low BS. Make them daemons of Nurgle and use them as a firing platform in cover to make them nigh unkillable at range, or make them daemons of Khorne (or Slaanesh), hand them a warpsword, and have them run up the center, drawing your opponent's attention away from your less hardy units. They'll either absorb a lot of fire, or they'll make it into enemy lines to cause some hurt.
Horrors and Plaguebearers are your go-to troops. Plaguebearers are a little more survivable, but Horrors can offer some offense/summoning utility.
Seekers won't do you much good in small units like that, they're too fragile. Great unit - fast and deadly - but they need 10+ to really do much.
Lord of Change can do you good. I prefer a LoC over Fateweaver. Good psychic casting powers and a beefy FMC statline is always a boon to your army.
