Trying to get my Chaos Horde up to 1500 points and could use some advice. Based on the help I got in my 1000 point build, I was able to create a list that is fun and functional (as much as Chaos can get anyway). Here's the evolution into 1500 pts, any help would be awesome!

Oh, before I get into that, an existential question; I love the chaos bikers and as you will see, my list is full of them. Is this an avenue worth pursuing, or should I just switch to a White Scars list and call them "renegade marines" (to tickle the fluff bone).

So anyway, here it is. Random thoughts follow.

This is a Crimson Slaughter group, so all units cause fear. Fairly simple concept, bikers and plague marines charge full steam ahead while Helcult sets up in the back line objectives and camps. Obliterators will be game time decision, if I need a solid firebase early, theyll start on board and find a nice cozy spot to ping from. If I need a back line threat, Ill reserve them and deep strike them in later. The Helbrute is really just in there because I have the model. At some point he will be replaced. Most likely with a Mauler fiend. I might have to drop a unit of bikes and work in a Heldrake instead though.

Thanks guys, some good tips there. Stuff like splitting up the Oblits is so simple, but so elegant! The kind of thing a noob like me wouldn;t even think about trying to keep all the other crap straight.

Updated the OP with some changes based on the suggestions here. I did go ahead and drop a unit of bikers to pick up a Heldrake. I also cut the Helbrute and then put an extra guy in both biker squads and both PM squads, I was also able to slap a flame thrower on both cultists. I still have 10 points left to mess around with which I can distribute as needed. Maybe autoguns on a squad of cultists or swap the meltas on a bike squad for Plasmas.

I'm pretty comfortable with everything on the list except the drake. Need some practice using fliers for sure. Looks like a sold list, but we'll see how that holds up the first time they get fusion punched in the junk before leaving their deployment zone.

Also, on a random side note, why is the CSM codex not done like the SM codex with warband or legion tactics? How hard could it be to fart out 4 pages with special rules? "Red Corsairs can use bikes as troops and all bikers have furious charge" "Night Lords cause fear and can use raptors as troops", "Iron Warriors can use Land Raiders in place of Rhinos and have real iron balls". I don't know, bad examples probably, but something like that.
